Myf Mars: Went here for Australian passport photos, but there was some confusion and I ended up getting fingerprints done instead. It turns out they don't do Australian passports anymore, but we didn't realize there had been a miscommunication until after I'd already been fingerprinted and paid. They were so nice about it though and refunded me immediately without me even asking and told me where I could go for the photos. The fingerprinting experience was great too, very professional and great customer service! I'll definitely be back for my US passport.

Appointments for visas are 2-3 weeks out. We were dismayed and also looking at expensive cancellation fees.Asa with Passport Express somehow worked miracles and we received the resubmitted visa in one week.DON"T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

I’m not sure if last time back in May I was charged less for 4 photos, but I got 4 for half the price I paid in August. I’m glad the owners reacted to my review and resolved the issue. As mentioned before, the service was good.The service is what it’s supposed to be. I’m giving one star for the price. The time difference between my two visits is 3 months. Same service - 4 passport/visa photos. Price increase is 100%. I didn’t check the price before my second visit expecting something similar to price I paid last time. They charged $43 for 10 min of work. That’s $258/h. Not a bad hourly rate, right?I had to pay due to urgency, but I won’t use their services again.

They are simply collecting this for the Federal Government, so the difference is what pays for their service, and in my opinion, that difference is worth it, knowing that if it comes back, The P&V company will re-apply . That said, the likelihood of a failed application with their help, is minimal.In short, no stress, no fuss, accurate, and SUPER FAST!If you have any need for a passport and/or visa, give them a call…you won’t be disappointed, and the lack of stress makes it great value for money.

I had exactly 5 weeks to get my passport and not only did they assure me I would receive it in time, but they also said that we had a plan b in the case that we were cutting it close. I had already called around and a few of the other companies in town never gave me a call back, and another company said they would charge over $900 in service fees. The Passport and Visa Company was affordable, and Kayla gave the best customer support— she was patient, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Erik is the type of man that you wish you had as a dad. he cares, is encouraging and will be real with you. his hours say 24hrs and it isn't a mistake. this man is literally there for you at any time of the day. He knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeable about the whole entire passport process. i went in last minute for passport photos and had them in hand within minutes of snapping the photo. I will absolutely be coming back here to take advantage of the other services they provide. I'm sure they will be worth the money!

Chase Martin (chaseinaustin): Convenient but very busy. Had an appointment for 12:45 and was told they were running 15 minutes behind. A young woman showed up 10 minutes late for her appointment and didn’t have anything filled out, then needed help to fill it out. Once I was finally called, 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, the woman at the front desk verified my application and took my picture and processed payments for the application fee and photos. Then waited another 15 minutes for a gentleman to take me back to process my complete my application and asked if I had any questions. They were relatively quick for the crowd, but after spending the greater part of an hour total waiting, mainly because people were late and unprepared leaves some room for improvement.

Sally Miller: Applied for a new passport here! Definitely the place to go if you can't find an appointment and need one ASAP. I got here at 6:30 am and was about #20 in line. At 7:30 am they start letting people in to get on a wait list, I got on the waitlist at about 8, got the call to come in at 9:15 ish, and was done with the appointment by 9:45. Super fast and easy, friendly staff, very good for getting a passport quickly
Paulie Belohlavy: As of the time of this writing, Texas Global was only allowing 40 people at a time. The passport office was closing at noon. Although they tell you to get there early, the day before I got there at 7:40 AM. and the line was already 40+ people deep so I wasn’t able to get it.The next day I was there around 6:20 AM and I was about 15th in line. Once you get inside you are put on a waiting list and depending on your position in line you’ll have to wait again, they send you a text when your time comes. For myself I had a total wait time of around 80 minutes before I was called. The actual process itself is quick, I suggest you start your application beforehand have everything you need and then some to speed up the process.The wait time sucks but being a walk up service is great. Highly recommend coming here over the Post Office if you’re in a hurry. Staff was friendly and highly knowledgeable. There were 4 people working on the day I was able to get in. The parking garage across the street is relatively cheap.
Garrett Quinn: Our experience was awesome. The staff are super courteous and efficient. TAKE NOTE:. Because this is first come first serve, you must GET THERE EARLY! We arrived at 6:30am and we were 10th in line. Don't blame them, it's the unfortunate nature of the passport application system, which is horribly overburdened.
