Rocheli Patisserie: what do users think?

Disha Khanna: and I honestly didn’t get the rose flavor at all. The tiramisu tart was good but not exceptional. Overall a good place to try out some desserts.

Jed Bricker: This place is awesome, very happy to have it here in town!

TV Life_Of: . Friendly, happy. Ive purchased 2 designed cakes and then also pastries on random days. Top notch flavors. I dont care if the flowers on the tables are real or fake - I do care if the food is well-made and delicious. We’ve also do e hogh tea once and hope to do it again. Very special.Dietary restrictions: Theyve been so kind about my dietary restrictions Most places say “your allergic to butter - tough. We have no food for you here”. Instead here, they said they can make it to order if I let them know ahead. Amazing.Kid-friendliness: Theyve been the best with my 7 yr old daughter. They made this such an exceptional great experience for her. Theyve even inspired her to make pastries, art or anything she wants to be.

Xochitl Holguin: I flew in with some friends to celebrate a birthday and was looking for a bakery, and so glad I came across Rocheli.I emailed for a quote on Wednesday and that same day I heard back. Also, the cake was extremely moist, and the flavoring was spot on. The sweetness level was not overwhelming everyone enjoyed it.Wish they had a location in LA.

Marcia Herring: and I were sold! Not only was the cake delectable, but it was a perfectly cute presentation with our name and wedding date on it. The decoration is simple and classic, which fit our wedding aesthetic. Everyone was raving about how wonderful the cake tasted bc it’s not overly sweet but has a beautiful flavor. Make sure to get extra because we were so happy to have enough to eat for the next couple days after the wedding.

calixto rodriguez: Had coffee cake & chocolate cake. Simply amazing

Kobie Hernandez: my mother loved the cake for mother’s day! pistachio oasis was amazing

Dana Peele: Walked an hour here because I was craving something sweet and this didn’t disappoint. Strawberry cake was slammin’.

Each one was so different and unique and complex in flavor. The person who served us our cake was so delightful, joyful, and abundantly welcoming. If you have not tried Paper Route you should check it out!

Stephanie Moon: Tried the Fox Coffee and will definitely be back to try other flavors! Agree with the other reviews, Aaron is incredibly nice and passionate about baking which makes it easy to support this local business.

Alex Hao: I was initially put off by the price of these slices but I’m so glad I tried anyways. Insane amounts of flavor, big risk to my wallet

Jillian Jaffe: Worth every expensive penny! The pistachio oasis is the best cake I’ve ever eaten in my whole damn life. Obsessed and am looking for any reason to buy a cake. 10/10 will buy all my cakes from them going forward.

Hannah Lee Tolentino: I love cakes and this is the bestest cakes I've ever eaten my whole life! Every single one of the cakes we have gotten were very delicious. It's not overly sweet, flavors compliment each other and it's just perfection! Definitely a must buy/try when you go to DT/East Austin/visit Austin. The owner, Aaron was kind and super nice too! He even gave us an extra slice of cake! Thank you so much Aaron, for creating this perfection and for what you do! We would definitely drive all the way from Lakeway again just to visit your bakery and get some cakes! 😊

Arumi Choudhary: Literally the best cake slices you could get! The buttercream is the fluffiest I have ever had and all the flavors I’ve tried so far are just amazing! Highly recommend!!

Neel Bhula: February’s “Passionfruit flamingo” was divine. I could eat a whole one by myself over the course of 4 days if diabetes wasn’t a concernThe “Pistachio Oasis” was also very nice, subtly sweet, and complexToday I’m picking up their “Coffee Fox” and March’s very own “Blueberry Snooze”. Can’t wait!!

Lindsay Miller: THE best cake I’ve ever had in my life. This cake is so much more than flour, sugar and bs there’s COMPLEXITY here. AAAAND they’re cute cakes can’t say enough about how tasty this cake is

Gabz: Some of the best cake I’ve ever had. I got the chocolate cake and it was so delicious! I can tell that they really put thought and care into making their cakes. It was so moist. The filling is tasty and the frosting is so creamy. At the same time, it had the right amount of decadence. The staff is so welcoming and kind as well. They even gave a sample of their strawberry cake and it was also just as delicious! A wonderful place for a dessert fix. Parking was a bit difficult but only because I came on a Sunday morning and it is right next to a church and a busy lunch rush at Cenote. Worth the visit for sure though!

Althea Ledesma: The best damn cakes you'll ever have! Delicious, complex, the flavor profiles are on point. These are truly artisan cakes. I live on the road and will detour through Austin just to get these cakes.

Heaven's Bistro Bakery: what do users think?

Kolby Goodnoe: Incredibly friendly service. Super quick. Tons of delicious goods. Everything is incredible.Lemon Cake - 4/5Shortbread Cookies - 5/5Chocolate Chip Cookies - 5/5Sooo many options. Everything looked sooo delicious.

Angela B: We loved this place. Best lemon bar ever according to my husband and the rose pistachio cake was delightful.

Jakob Martin: . If you didn't know they're Gluten-Free, you wouldn't be able to tell. The GF Brownies are my second choice, and regular choice. Then when I'm feeling fancy or need a switch, I go for the Almond Cake. The flavor is delicate and lightly sweet, almost honey esque. Looking forward to them adding more GF options. And then if I could also request Lactose-Free addition, that would be choice and I would spend more time here than I already do.This spot is definitely worth it. And I'm happy to support them. 👍👍👍👍Dietary restrictions: Gluten-Free Options

Anjali Shastri: THE best croissants I could find in Austin. I usually go here over the weekends in the mornings. It’s not super crowded and they have a wide variety of dessert options.Love the atmosphere, they have a cute little outdoor seating area in the back.

lightninglead29: My visit was very short as I ordered to go. But the chocolate croissants were exactly what I was looking for! Big, flaky, buttery, and the right amount of chocolate inside and out. I also got to try a croissant scramble, which was perfectly warm and savory! If you're searching for a bakery that carries breakfast items, go here!Parking: The parking is a bit difficult getting in and out if multiple cars are moving about. There were just enough spots open when I arrived. But they fill quickly.

Demetri Karoutsos: I recently visited Heaven’s Bistro for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. The diverse menu, top-notch food quality, and excellent service made for a fantastic experience. I savored an omelette while my friend indulged in the brio French toast. The almond milk latte I ordered was delightful, and my friend raved about their oat milk cappuccino. Des, our server, had a wonderful personality that added to the overall enjoyment. If you're seeking a coffee shop with a laid-back west coast vibe, don't miss out on this gem. Highly recommend!

Sugar Mama's Bakeshop: what do users think?

Heather Potts: As good as grandmas! Yum!Food: 5/5Recommended dishes Birthday Cake …

N M: Sugar Mamas is an AMAZING bakery to work with. I was trying to get a cake design down and they listened and worked with me. Ended up with a fully vegan cake - chocolate with vegan buttercream icing. It was phenomenal and looked just as requested. We all said it was the moistest cake we have ever had . Let along a Vegan cake. So impressive. They really are so talented. Outstanding! Come here!! Get a custom cake or a treat for yourself!

Caitlin M.: Food: 5/5Recommended dishes 24 Carrot Magic, The Sugar Mama's Fab Four

nina foxtrot: 7 cupcakes cost $33 , which is $4.70 per cupcake. The carrot cupcake was unbelievably delicious, not too sweet. Sadly, the cupcakes were small-ish, hiding under a mountain of frosting. For $4.70, a larger amount of cake and less frosting would be appreciated. The other cupcakes were decent. Service was fine and parking lot was appreciated.Vegetarian options: only one gluten free vegan cupcake availableDietary restrictions: gluten free and vegan,YAY!

Jordan Lorealis Wright: was divine. Will definitely be returning 💕💕💕

Sweet Treets Bakery: what do users think?

Kelsey Edwards: Updated—-Sweet Treets made a gorgeous cake for a baby shower I hosted. Not only was it exactly what I hoped for visually, it was also THE MOST delicious cake I’ve ever eaten!!! People came back for seconds and thirds and the cake was completely finished off by the end of the evening! This is the only place I will ever buy a cake again!!At pick up we also grabbed a few cookies and a cupcake which were also fantastic! The lemon lavender and spiced chai cookies were our faves!Got another cake from them for my friends birthday party and it was just as incredible! They never disappoint!

Gigi Lupin: the cake was spectacular. All our guests were absolutely blown away with how beautiful, moist, and flavorful the cake was. Our little was over the moon with the amazing unicorn they created! It truly made our child's birthday party incredibly special and memorable for all who attended. We are soooo happy we chose Sweet Treats Bakery and highly recommend them!!!

Lily Gulley: No words can come close to describing how amazing Sweet Treets is!! My husband and I got our wedding cake from here, and from the first tasting I was hooked. Stephanie and Lola were super helpful from start to finish making sure I had my dream cake. It was so elegant and delicious. Every single guest at my wedding came up to me raving about the cake.I already can't wait until our 1 year anniversary to taste our wedding cake again!!

Julia Mee: We can’t thank Lola at Sweet Treats Bakery enough for making our gender reveal so special with her cupcakes! We stopped by during the busy Christmas season, hoping to pick up some cupcakes from the display. Knowing it was super last minute, we thought we’d just get some cupcakes with pink or blue sprinkles on top, as all other bakeries were fully booked until the new year. But Lola surprised us by offering to include pink or blue frosting inside for the reveal, rather than just topping them off! This already made our day, but Lola went further, creating the most beautifully decorated cupcakes we’ve ever seen. And in an incredible act of kindness, she didn’t even charge us!We’re so grateful to Lola for making this experience unforgettable and extra special. We’ll definitely be returning to Sweet Treats for future celebrations. The cupcakes were DELICIOUS!Thank you, Lola & Sweet Treats Bakery!

Akeela Miller: I wish I could somehow hug each and every person at this bakery, from the very first time I inquired about the cake I’ve spoken to several different employees here and each and every person was amazing. I emailed with so many questions and they always answered, they were never upset at me for inquiring about anything or asking the same questions twice. Not only was the cake beautiful and immaculately done it’s the best tasting cake I’ve had in a LONG time, it was moist and not too sweet, very buttery. Thank you a million times you have a customer in me forever. Thank you all so so much. Wishing the best for your business and will send anyone I know your way.

Jessica B: I work for a wedding planner who has been in the industry for a decade. I can confidently say that our experience with Sweet Treets has been nothing short of wonderful. Communication is key in our line of work, and Sweet Treets has consistently delivered top-notch communication. Their cakes are delicious and always beautiful! Our clients and their guests are consistently thrilled with the results. Sweet Treets is a true gem in the industry!

Cass Moon: Best gluten free cupcake I’ve had in a long time! The frosting was insanely delicious and creamy and tasted super fresh. The cake could have been a little fluffier but I know GF is hard. The staff and the owner were all so friendly and helpful!

Emily Tobben: We are obsessed with how both our bridal and groom cake turned out. We got so many compliments on how delicious our cake was! Could not have been more happy with both taste, presentation, and ease of working with Sweet Treets.

Darian Kane: 10/10 everyone was extremely nice and the cake and the cupcake turned out beautiful

Rebecca Roseman: We wanted a very simple 1-tier cake for our wedding. Sweet Treats absolutely knocked it out of the park. The vintage piping was beautiful and clean. The taste of the cake was absolutely delicious. We highly recommend Sweet Treats for any wedding cake!

Danielle Kleshinski: I had a very specific idea of what I wanted for my 30th birthday cake, and Sweet Treats Bakery knocked it out of the park! Their red velvet cake is to die for and their online request form was super easy to use. Staff was helpful all along the way. We were enticed by some of their cookies when we picked up the cake and they were delicious as well. Highly recommend for your next celebration!

Upper Crust Bakery: what do users think?

heather dahl: chocolate. At this point I'd rather go somewhere else than face the disappointment of my favorite pastry in austin being gone. I've given it so many chances since the recipe change and it's just not what I want! I loved it before!!! Change it back pleeeeaaaasseeeeeee. They have a lot of other great stuff though... their coconut cream pie has a layer of chocolate between the crust and the filling and the whole thing is delicious.

Coleen Elizabeth: Please for the love of God, bring back the Spinach Ricotta Rounds. It is the absolute best savory pastry there and I was told they don't make it anymore. I literally almost started crying in the store and I am a 37 year old woman. I effing lose those things. Take them out of your Disney vault and bring them back to meeee!!Food: 5/5Recommendation for vegetarians Highly recommend …

Laurie Coker: My favorite Austin bakery and soup and sandwich fare! Great staff and delicious food. I especially love the Italian stew, sourdough bread, Italian Cream Cake, Coconut Cream pie… actually everything. Great coffee! I do miss their bran muffins which they discontinued during Covid. Bring them back please!

Moonlight Bakery: what do users think?

Erum Khan: Owner was super nice and the cinnamon rolls were great, would definitely come back again!

Christopher Coggins: I have been hitting up Moonlight Bakery for years... and years. I first had their cinnamon rolls at a drive-up coffee place that no longer exists. I found out they were getting them from Moonlight and started going directly to the source. I have tried many of their offerings and have never been disappointed. Every trip to Moonlight Bakery is always a 10 out of 10 for me! And my wife and 4 boys only complain that I do not go more often... they are bigger fans than I am.

Rachelle R.: My favorite bakery in Austin ! I’ve been coming to Moonlight for over 10 years. One of the city’s hidden gems. Poppyseed strudel, bear claw, cheese danish are some of my faves, but you literally can’t go wrong with anything. Don’t sleep on the chocolate chip or wedding cookies. They are small but mighty. Counter woman has also been the same shop keep I’ve seen in my decade or so of going here and she is always super chatty and welcoming.

Cassie Baron: I don’t know how this place always gets missed on the “Best of Austin” lists. Probably because it’s not decorated in a trendy way. If you want to take a selfies there are probably better places to go.But if you actually want to go to the best bakery in Austin, this is it imho.

Miguel Palacios: Yummy and lovely owner.

Ascenda Design: Can I contact you over Email?

Dan Miller: Great baked goods

Caroline Safi: Oh my goodness this place is amazing! The orange blossom, almond croissant, kolaches, and iced shortbread cookies are all fabulous! Friendly staff and great prices. Go treat yourself asap.

Jaren: A hidden gem that sells with delicious pastries.

Hana Sugioka: and very satisfying and exactly what you want from a chocolate chip cookie. I highly recommend, please give them your business!!!

Shelbi Aiona: Delicious treats. Friendly and lovely staff. I frequent this bakery and recommended it regularly!

Elisa Pastry: what do users think?

Gholamreza Mojtabaeezamani: Elisa Pastry provided our daughter's wedding cake last month. Both the cake and it's delivery were perfect. In addition to the wedding cake, they also baked some Persian pastry's to compliment the cake for the wedding. The highest quality cake and pastry's are baked by Elisa Pastry. The owner is easy to work with and has a straight forward approach for conducting her business and dealing with her customers. We were also pleased with the level of service provided by the owner.

Farah Metzger: haft seen table and was thrilled to see Elisa is now offering other haft seen items for sale. What a great idea! Some of these items are hard to find, like senjed & samanu. I never get around to growing my own sabzeh and end up using a plastic version each year

Jonathan Hazlewood: Great atmosphere , coffee and food!Elisa is very passionate about her craft, and when I visited she had their bean supplier in. Both were willing to chat for a bit, and talk about coffee and pastries. Her eclair was delicious!

Stacey Simins: Our experience with Elisa Pastry for our wedding was nothing short of extraordinary. We chose them for our tiramisu and red velvet wedding cakes, and it was undoubtedly one of the best decisions we made for our special day. The tiramisu was a delightful dance of classic flavors, perfectly balanced, and the red velvet was rich, moist, and simply divine. Not only were the cakes absolutely delicious, but they were also stunningly beautiful, becoming a focal point of our reception. The attention to detail, the exquisite craftsmanship, and the impeccable service from Elisa Pastry made our wedding cake experience truly memorable. We cannot recommend them highly enough – if you're looking for a pastry chef who can deliver both in taste and presentation, Elisa Pastry is the one to choose! 🍰💖👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️

Candace Lambert: Sweets and treats are delicious! Highly recommend the Baklava and Eclairs. Though everything has been very fresh and tasty. Nice place adjacent to Shandeez Grille. The bakery has its own dining space so convenient to stop in and have dessert

Arefeh Mashayekh: I loved the cakes Everytime I go there I don't know what to order all of them are delicious 🤩🤩🤩

Lisa Sreepalle: First off let me begin by saying they make the most amazing tiramisu in Austin. I found them on DoorDash and noticed they’re 0.3 miles from me and wanted to give it a shot. I was not disappointed! The tiramisu alone made me want to contact them about a cake for my bf’s birthday. He’s super fond of soccer so I knew this bakery would be the one I needed to reach out to based on the other reviews. She really outdid herself. I just wanted a basic Pinterest soccer cake but it exceeded my expectations to far greater lengths. I’m glad I reached out to Elisa. The cake is chocolate flavored and all the guests who don’t even eat desserts decided they wanted to go for seconds. The chocolate was rich and decadent and had buttercream frosting. The best cake I’ve ever seen or had.Thank you so much Elisa!

cvk: Cute lil pastry shop, mellow atmosphere. Friendly service. We had the mocha roll and strawberry roll. I'd love to come back and try more. I also had a decaf latte with almond milk. It was a little strong/bitter for my taste but next time I'll ask for more milk to coffee ratio.

Word of Mouth Bakery: what do users think?

Christianna Johnson: It was so cute! Everybody was really nice and sweet. It was slow but other than that I loved it. The food was soooo good ❤️

Barbados Pearl: What a darling little cafe/bakery. I've enjoyed grabbing lunch here with friends as well as just popping in for a small pick me up in my day. The staff have always been super friendly and a joy to chat with. They were so nice the first time I went there, I thought about applying to work there just because they were lovely.

L L: Stopped in on a whim and tried the ube tres leches and the cookie tres leches. Friendly staff, phenomenal dessert.

Zackary Singer: Exquisite and decadent. Perfectly balanced sweet bakery items.

Michael Capochiano: Simple shop with a small selection but wonderful baked goods

Anoop Narayanan: A small bakery right on the corner of S Lamar and 12th. I went there for coffee even though google map didn't show the place. Surprisingly they have latte, cappuccino and many other espresso options along with teas. Staffs are so friendly and they offer free Wi-Fi, a decent spot to enjoy your leisure time or work.

Caitlyn Lankford: Food is always delicious and good quality. Regular spot for lunch between classes. Staff is friendly. Atmosphere is nice.

Kathleen Hilton: We ordered 7 dozen cookies for a work event. This was our first time ordering and we couldn't be happier! Everyone was raving about how good they are. Definitely going back.

Mr. Clark: Great atmosphere. Great desserts

Erica Au: Absolutely love Word of Mouth. I used to work nearby and would come to get their herbed beef sandwich regularly. It's a great size and well-priced for the area! Their lemon kale and avocado caesar salads were excellent as well. I would have it with the herbed beef or grilled chicken, depending on my mood, and both always hit the spot. The people who work here are very friendly and patient. They also do breakfast sandwiches and my colleagues loved them. Their baked goods are phenomenal and their buttercream frosting on cupcakes are great, if you're into that. If they have chex mix, you definitely need to grab a container of it! They don't always have it, but when they do, it goes fast!

John Galbreath: They moved locations to 917 w 12th st as of Oct 20, ‘22

Bianca Torres: Always amazing! Best bakery in Austin!

Adam Bonilia: Best Strawberry Cake in town!!

Ruwan Budhagoda: Word of Mouth indeed. We ordered a custom cake for my son's birthday and we were surprised by how good it was. One of the best cakes we have had in our lives and we love cakes. Everyone at the birthday party was amazed and kept on asking where it is from. I hope you guys stay open and keep the quality the same for years to come. You have won a lifelong customer. Thank you!

Crema Bakery & Cafe: what do users think?

Tricia Valadez: Absolutely love this place and crushed its closing. Every pastry is supurb, service is excellent, with inside and outside areas.Don't listen to these fools, like Brandon, who've gone once and decided to be a jerk on a Friday. This shop has welcomed everyone, gives the same attention to every customer, every time. Again, very sad to see it go and wish them the best.

Laura Skowronski Nattam: . They work so hard to sweeten lives. I'll always keep an eye out for them to come back some day. Lots of love, ladies!

Valyn Fealy: such a fun atmosphere, I loved it here and I can't wait to visit again!

Katy Armstrong: Delicious! I'm sad that this was my first visit since they're closing soon but I'm glad I finally made it. Thanks for speaking up and being a beacon of hope during a dark time in our political history.

Priscilla Ruiz-Henriquez: Excellent breakfast croissants, coffee, and pastries. The welcoming atmosphere is great 😊

Eduardo Viramontes: Great coffee and pastries!

Isabel Mays: UPDATE:Still my favorite cafe and bakery! Good people, good eats, stellar vibes. Crema is a genuine and philanthropic mainstay in our community. Please support this local cafe and bakery. Their model has changed as the result of the pandemic and supply chain struggles. The food items are prepared for the day, ready to grab-and-go. You can order your favorite coffee and grab an item of choice from the display case or fridge, then take a seat inside or outside and bon appetit/buen provecho. Or if you didn't have time to make your lunch before heading to the office, stop by Crema and grab a croissant sandwich or Salad Trio to take into work with you. From the amazing sugar cookies to savory croissants, I love Crema.*****The food is fresh and delicious! Try the Hippie Benny with a side of potatoes, so good!

Madison N Lee: Fabulous bachelorette cake that tasted delicious.

Sam Cain: . I thought it would taste way too bitter but it was still a nice mild sweet.

Alan Robertson: I love this place! The staff is always super nice. And I say that as someone who has been a customer since it opened.BUT what made me write this review today is my discovery that Raspberry Cheesecake Croissants are the greatest baked good ever made. I'd post a pic but...you know that thing disappeared quick

Laurence Jackson: Such a lovely place! I have been meaning to get here since I read about all the tacos they delivered to folks in the neighborhood during the scary first weeks of COVID. So glad I made it in! Delicious tiny pies. Plenty of vegan and gluten-free choices. Beautifully decorated cookies. Thanks, y'all!

Yunuen Niblett (June): Visited for the first time and made it just in time before they closed. Staff was very nice and the iced coffee and lemon bar were delish!

Liz: Every dessert y'all make is a 10/10 experience!!

Mrs B Woods: Great variety of savory and sweets. Very friendly staff and love the decor. Will definitely be back

Quack's 43rd Street Bakery: what do users think?

Elizabeth A Thorp: love this place! very sad they discontinued their choco chips gluten-free cookies :( the GF lemon ameretti is amazing though.Dietary restrictions: one gluten-free option

Misa: There's a wide selection of dessert and pastries. The brownie was more cakey than fudgy, so it wasn't my ideal browie , but I enjoyed the chocolate vanilla cupcake because the frosting was a fudgy ganache that tasted great by itself and on the cupcake which was nice and moist. Worth stopping by if you're in the area and in dire need of a little treat!Vegetarian options: Many good-looking vegan options

Alyssa Pacleb: I have gone to Quacks for my wedding and birthday cakes. They are quick to respond to emails and reasonably priced given the quality and customer service. I purchased a peanut butter chocolate cake and red velvet cake out of their inventory that were delicious. They worked with me to make a custom banana pudding cake that was beautifully layered. For our wedding we had 2 cake flavors, vanilla cake with raspberry buttercream and a chocolate cake with chocolate cream cheese frosting. They delivered the cake, set it up on the stands, and placed the toppers for us!For our 1 year anniversary, instead of freezing a piece of cake from our wedding day, we decided to place an order with Quacks. Turns out, we got a free 6” cake for our first anniversary! We’ll definitely be back
