Electric Avenue: what do users think?

Tylere Brennan: We bought our son a slightly used Razor eletcric dirt bike, but when we got it home and charged up, it wasnt working. Nobody in town wanted to work on it but Electric Avenue was willing and happy to have us bring it in. We originally thought is was the batteries so we had new ones installed, but to find out it was something else. Electric avenue diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and my son has a working dirt bike and a smile on his face thanks to them. They are a first class shop and care about customer service.

Monica: Purchased a Riese & Müller e-bike and couldn't be happier with my decision. The owners are knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful. I had tons of questions, and they both took the time to answer with plenty of detail. I really appreciate the experience I had, and would highly recommend this bike shop, its the best.

Russell Taylor: This is the mid- to high-end transportation eBike shop you need. You'll find friendly staff who know a TON about the details of their various brands and models. The service is done right where you can watch, and their selection of parts and accessories to make riding a convenient way to get around is excellent - no go-fast bling here. Be sure to get your Austin Energy rebate when you buy from here - they're a local retailer on the list of cooperating shops!

Lay Lo (gamer100): Emerson was assisting & affable for my first time

Mara: Bought our two cargo bikes from here. The sales people were super patient, helpful, and nice, even with my toddler was running around. They have a good selection and are very informative.

Robert Sabec: Great experience with maintenance done on my Stromer. It is no small feat to work on these advanced electric and this store has the expertise to get it done right the first time.

Rob Nisely: Highly recommend taking your MSF rider course here. Sue and Lonny are great instructors, and really do a good job teaching the class.

Nathan Walker: I bought my Gazelle there and since then I've ridden it 278 delightful miles. They sell very high quality ebikes that can replace a car.Warning: buying your ebikes here may cause you to want more and better bike lanes and eventually join the war on cars.

jackie stone: Great little bike shop. Owner/operator run by very cool people. Emerson helped me out today with my Cube bike and filled up my tires and fixed a broken lamp. They know their stuff and the vibe is great, not pompous like some places in town and they have a great selection of bikes.

Mike Kaurich: Audrey and Mark were extremely patient and answered a number of questions on different front loader cargo bikes. Top notch service! Highly recommend

Ed Sims: Gazelles Ebikes. Thank you sir ! …Lastly … I damaged one of my new Ebikes on a trip to Colorado last Fall :/ …. A shout out to Josh on Mark’s team for efficiently repairing the damaged bike for me last week … you get the same great service after the sale ! Thanks guys .., Ed Sims

Urban Motorsports: what do users think?

Rakshith Sri: So there are a couple of things I'd like to point out as to why my experience at this shop was above expectations. First, my moped had been sitting around in the backyard of my previous residence and when I brought it out to get a new key made, I couldn't since the ignition was messed up. I was very sus of leaving my moped on the street so when I told Urban my situation that I was just waiting on a part to be delivered to get serviced, they allowed me to leave my moped with them to avoid it getting stolen.Second, they are very honest and they are not just out to get you paying more for services or parts you don't need. I find this pretty rare at most shops. So when I found a part online, they confirmed that it was a good fit and we moved on with the servicing. Additionally, I think there were further complications on my Ruckus that needed a bit more than 1 hour of labor but they just charged me for the hour.Third, I was not able to go pick up my moped for a week or so due to just being generally busy. They were so courteous and respectful about this despite me not picking up my vehicle.Do yourself a favor to avoid any hassle of finding moped shops. These guys are the pros here. They're good people. Not sure if anything else needs to be said.

Sonya Cote: So helpful & amazing customer service. Highly recommend these folks

Andrew: Mel took amazing care of me, set me all up and I was riding home in an hour. If you are looking for good used scooters with amazing customer support, this is the place to go in Austin.

Jason James: Can't say enough about Greg and the rest of the team at Urban Moto. So very reasonable with estimates, timely with the repairs, and have always been very pleased with the quality of their work. I love my scooter and am very thankful to have found a first-class spot to keep it safely rollin'!

Chris Stouffer: Owner and service are great

Liliana Hall: landing right in my budget—and she did just that! They went above and beyond for me and I’m so excited about my lightly used red Buddy 125! I will never go anywhere else to shop and talk all things moped! Thank you Mel for the epic moped buying experience

John Gilliland: I has a great experience with Mel. She was knowledgeable, fair and honest and genuinely a good person. I purchased the scooter I wanted for a good price and would most definitely recommend Urban Motorsports to anyone interested in purchasing a scooter.

nick fazio: Prompt and professional service, I’ve used them many times for repairs and they always accommodate.

Jonathan Hurley: I absolutely love the folks at Urban Motorsports! I love my scooter 🛵 that I bought from them, and they're always there to help maintain and fix it! If you need a great scooter shop, this is it!

Sean Hagerty: This is the only place in Austin for buying and servicing scooters in my mind. They are incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Prices are fair, they are great at communication, they do good work, and they're friendly. Shoutout to Mel and Greg for all of the help for getting me sorted!

Clay Comer: I'm really glad I found this place. I had an awesome purchasing experience with them and honestly I kinda wanted to work there after it was all said and done. Mel and Greg were incredible in helping me pick out and order my Ziggy G5, and the entire staff was hilarious and friendly. I'll be going back for sure.

Christa Freeman: Worked with Greg today he was great! Super knowledgeable and helpful. And extra patient with us as we had two toddlers with us as well. Great experience definitely will recommend everyone we know here!

Ryan Cook: The only shop in town that had bulbs for my scooter in stock. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Taylor Amos: Just getting into dirt bikes, and looking to have fun. I purchased a Honda CRF from Ride Now and had a less than par Customer Service experience. Stopped into TJs cycles with a buddy so he can look at another bike, and met Dylan in Sales. An incredible experience, from the attention given, his knowledge and understanding of the riders needs and wants, and just overall fun atmosphere. The staff made me feel like I was with a group of buddies. Ultimately led me to buy another Gagas mc250 from Dylan just because I enjoyed the experience. The Staff in the parts of merchandise department were just as friendly and fun, they have a great selection and help you get everything you need as a new rider. Jeremy Penn: Tomy Gunn was awesome. He helped me find the perfect bike. We never felt pressured or pushed into buying a bike. All the staff were very helpful. Ask for Tomy. He will take care of you.

I was also able to explore some cheaper options though I ended up purchasing the ZX-6r. Tomy was extremely friendly, patient, and answered any questions I had. I never felt any pressure to make a purchase. A few days after my initial visit, I called and made a deposit to purchase the bike. The financing/checkout process was smooth and they were even able to have the bike ready same day I put the deposit down.Great team all around and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Shanan Outland: Bought 06 Yamaha Stratoliner to day in less than 2 hours I was on the road cruising home excellent service
